Here’s some questions we are regularly asked and may assist you.

We charge $200 (inclusive of GST) for a standard Tax Return. Business Tax Returns and Superannuation Returns start at $480. Superannuation Audits commence at $800.

No. It is entirely up to you. We require the evidence of your deductions and the books and records of the in order to complete our task. We can do almost everything by correspondence.

We start your job immediately. A simple Tax Return should be back to you within a day. The more complex ones take longer. If you provide the correct information on a timely basis, you will be surprised at our turnaround.

We take cash, EFTPOS, credit card and direct credit into our Bank Account.

All work is emailed or sent to you prior to lodgment for your approval. Once you are happy with the outcome, you sign your Return and we lodge same.

Yes; in almost every case. The ATO sets down guidelines and we work around these. Nearly 2 years of credit can be obtained from the ATO to pay off debt if required.

We haven’t met you either. However we are committed to doing the very best for you in all aspects of the taxation process.

As much as you like. We can do the lot for you and present the end scenario or we can share the load and do it together.

Yes. We are available 7 days a week if required. We provide office numbers and mobile numbers for your convenience on our CONTACT page. Our preferred method of contact is via email but we make ourselves available at your request

Absolutely. We handle this process from start to finish. You can be present or not. We represent your interests and strive for the best result possible.

It’s possible. The ATO is becoming tougher when it comes to late lodgments and outstanding monies. We try our best to have any and all fines and interest charges waived. Our success rate varies wildly.
